You can release your purchases via Vine, the logistics portal, which can be accessed by logging into www.liv-ex.com and clicking on ‘Logistics’. 

 

 

 

My default Liv-ex warehouse is Liv-ex Tilbury. 

 

You have the following options: 

 

  1. Deliver duty paid to a private address: (NB: you must be UK VAT registered to release wines duty paid). 

 

  • Log into www.liv-ex.com and click on Logistics 
  • Check that the wines are at your desired pick-up warehouse: TIL 
  • Select wines and click SHIP 
  • Click the cart at the top right-hand side of the screen 
  • Click Next 
  • Select the delivery option 
  • Select duty paid 
  • Select desired delivery date (Download the UK distribution tariff 2021 in Excel here.)
  • Fill in delivery address details 
  • Enter your password to release the order 

 

 

  1. Deliver in bond to another warehouse: 

 

  • Log into www.liv-ex.com and click on Logistics 
  • Check that the wines are at your desired pick up warehouse: TIL 
  • Select wines and click SHIP 
  • Click the cart at the top right hand side of the screen 
  • Click Next 
  • Select the ‘delivery’ option 
  • Put in the warehouse account code in the contact name field 
  • Fill in full delivery address and excise details 
  • Please ensure you check what reference (if any) is needed by the receiving warehouse and include these in the instructions section. Your order may be delayed if you do not complete this correctly. 
  • Enter your password to release the order. 

 

 

  1. Arrange Collection by a forwarder of your choice: 

 

  • Log into www.liv-ex.com and click on Logistics 
  • Check that the wines are at your desired pick up warehouse : TIL 
  • Select wines and click SHIP. 
  • Click the cart at the top right hand side of the screen 
  • Click Next 
  • Select the ‘arrange collection’ option 
  • Enter the transporter’s name and contact details 
  • Enter you password to release the order 
  • Share the release order number with your transporter and ask them to call the order forward with livex@lcb.co.uk. Please note the transporter will need to provide a Movement Guarantee Number (MGN) and a vehicle registration. 
  • Our team at livex@lcb.co.uk will confirm that the order has been processed within 48 hours. Your transporter then needs to email til@vineinternational.com to confirm a collection date at least 48 hours in advance. 

 

  1. Instant transfer to another merchant who is a member of Liv-ex: 

 

  • Log into www.liv-ex.com and click Logistics 
  • Check that the wines are at your desired pick up warehouse: TIL 
  • Select wines and click SHIP. 
  • Click the cart at the top right hand side of the screen 
  • Click Next 
  • Select ‘Instant Transfer’. 
  • Enter the recipient’s four-letter Liv-ex code 
  • Enter any references or sub-accounts to help the reciever to identify the order. 
  • Enter password to release the order. 


 

My default collection warehouse is Liv-ex Bordeaux. 

 

How do I release my wines? 

  • Log into www.liv-ex.com and click Logistics 
  • Check that the wines are at your desired pick up warehouse: BDX 
  • Select wines and click SHIP. 
  • Click on the cart at the top right-hand side of the screen 
  • Click Next 
  • Select the ‘arrange collection’ option 
  • Enter the transporter name and contact details 
  • In the instructions box enter the end delivery address and excise number. 
  • Enter your password to release the order. 
  • Share the Vine release order reference with your transporter and ask them to contact gchoupeault@dartess.fr  in order to arrange the collection at least 48 hours in advance.
